9. Online & Affiliate Marketing

We have some accounts on social networks to connect and communicate with our customers, interested parties, and active users, and to inform them about our services. Please note that when you access these networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing policies of their respective operators will apply.

Social Networks are included on our website only as a link to the relevant services. After clicking the integrated graphics you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider, and only then will the user information be sent to the appropriate provider. If you are logged into a social network, this provider can assign the visit to your account. If you don't want this, we recommend you log out of your account beforehand. If you are not a member of a social network, there is the possibility that the provider may still discover and store your IP address. If you do not want this to happen, you should not click the buttons. If you do not click on the graphic, there is no exchange between you and the providers of the social media buttons.

We use following Social Media Platforms:

1. Facebook Inc. (Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) http://www.facebook.com/policy.php;

2. Instagram (Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) – data privacy statement/ Opt-Out: https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875#

3. Pinterest (Pinterest Inc., San Francisco, 505 Brannan St, United States) https://policy.pinterest.com/de/ privacy-policy

We refrain from using any social network plugins on our website as they automatically transmit a significant amount of user data to the respective social network operators. Such automatic data transmission to social network operators is deemed illegal and can be subject to legal action, as per the data protection authorities and courts. Thus, we do not engage in such data transmission on our website without the explicit consent of the user.
