How can I book a tour as a group or as a company event?
If you want to book a tour as a large group please write us to info@myviennaaustria.at.
Are the tours barrier-free?
A lot of tours are barrier-free. Check out „General Information“ on your preferred tour for more information.
How can I cancel a tour?
If you want to cancel a tour please send us a mail to info@myviennaaustria.at which tour you want to cancel and which provider is offering the tour. Go to our General terms and conditions of business for more information.
Who should I talk to if I lost something?
Send us a mail to info@myviennaaustria.at with the subject „lost & found“ and write us which tour you participated and what you lost. We’ll do our best to help you find it.
Can I bring my dog?
You can bring your dog to some of our experiences! Check out „General Information“ on your preferred tour if your dog can join or not.
How do I redeem a voucher?
If you have a voucher code, go to your chosen tour on the voucher and simply tap on „book a tour“. In Step 1, you choose your preferred date. Then, choose how many people are going to participate. At the end of the ordering process, you can enter the code in the "Coupon code" field. This automatically reduces the price.
